Reconstruction of House in Sovinyon

House reconstruction project has been fulfilled in English style with panoramic windows, terrace for sunbathing and sports activities, swimming pool inside the building, banya complex, summer kitchen with barbeque zone and a wonderful house surrounding territory. House restoration project is always more difficult than a project of a building from a clean sheet. We changed the geometrical parameters of the object, functional designation, replaced certain constructions and their elements, changed the main technical and economic features.
Facade of the house became rather strict and conservative and is distinguished for original finishing materials and special decorative elements. We used ADI stone of our own production and hand-formed clinker bricks.
We managed to fulfill the set task to improve the living and house operation conditions, to unite all the elements with common stylistic decision.
