About the project

House in Makarenko

The house has been designed in classical style. Area of the house is 190 sq. m., the land plot is 7 Ares. Our specialists managed to cope with the difficulty of the land plot of trapezoidal form and uncomfortable access road to the house. Several terraces, summer kitchen with barbeque zone, swimming pool have been developed in the project.
The main focus in embodying of this project was made on strength and durability. Reserved light molded setting made of ADI stone, graceful arcs, high windows, dark tile roofing create the image of elegant impressive mansion.
